Learning is remembering.
Plato used this word for the idea that knowledge is recollection. Here it names the quiet room next door to the Gym: the Gym trains your judgment on problems you have never seen, and Anamnesis trains your memory on the ideas you have already read, before they fade.
№ 1
Retrieve
Every card asks you to pull the idea out of memory first: rebuild a framework, apply it to a fresh situation, or settle a boundary case. The retrieval attempt is what strengthens the memory, so no peeking.
№ 2
Reveal
Then the model answer arrives with its reasoning, and where two ideas blur, the one feature that settles cases like it. Written recall comes with a rubric to hold yourself against.
№ 3
Score
Got it, shaky, or missed. Each card carries a strength that lives on this device, and the smart session always starts with whatever is weakest and stalest.
